We have tried to present a simple classification of techniques and to describe them in simple and easily understandable terms with about 200 photos taken by Master Teruo Tsuihiji 7th dan - uchi deshi of Sensei Saito Morihiro. However, there are many aspects that cannot be adequately explained with words or photographs; therefore this book cannot replace a good teacher, but it is hoped that it can be a useful support for everyone's training.
